Pactora uses the subprocessors below to operate, secure, and support the service. Pactora does not use customer content to train public foundation models during beta.

Anthropic

AI processing

Analysing uploaded contracts. Receives the text of an uploaded document - and, where a document has to be read as a scan, the file itself - together with any questions you ask about it, in order to extract terms, flag clauses, compare them against market norms and draft suggested redlines.

Resend

Transactional email

Sending the email you ask for: your analysis summary, and acknowledgements of feedback you submit. Receives the recipient address and the content of the message, which for an analysis summary includes the risk score, the verdict and the headlines of the clauses flagged.

Vercel

Hosting and web delivery

Running the web application, storing uploaded files/data, and supporting availability and backup operations. Vercel Web Analytics also counts page views; it sets no cookies and is not used for advertising.

Supabase

Database and storage

Storing application data, document metadata, and supporting authenticated product workflows.

Google (OAuth)

Authentication

Supporting Google sign-in for account authentication and session access.

Google (Analytics)

Product analytics

Measuring website traffic and how the product is used. Loaded only for visitors who accept analytics cookies.

PostHog
